Meet the influencers from our community at Kingvention

Brice Najar was born in Annecy, France, in 1979. He is the author of five books about Michael Jackson’s musical world. Itinéraire d’un passionné and The Jacksons : Musicographie 1976-1989 were respectively published in 2013 and 2014. Both books can be read independently but also complement one another.‬

In his following book, Brice held to those musical thematic axes but through a different concept. Published in 2016, Let’s Make HIStory is a collection of interviews with some of the protagonists of the double HIStory album released in 1995. In 2020, the author expanded on his subject with a new book entitled Book On The Dance Floor as a way to understand the King of Pop’s working process in the studio.

Four years later, Brice Najar developped his research in a project entitled From Thriller To Bad and dealing with Michael Jackson’s career path through the 1980s, as a way of deciphering the King of Pop's work in the studio from many different angles.

In addition to his writings, Brice Najar cofounded and is the president of On The Line Association whose goal is to organize events like the MJ MusicDay.

An emerging DJ dedicated to the sound of The Jacksons, I've earned recognition from global artists (such as Neyo, Montell Jordan and Alicia Keys) and even the Jackson family themselves. With over 30 years as a fan, my passion lies in reimagining the classics—giving listeners fresh, exciting ways to experience the music they love.

MALIBU is the biggest and oldest German-speaking Michael Jackson fanclub, supporting fans since 1987. Over the years, we have evolved into a dedicated content creator on Instagram and YouTube, where we share exclusive Michael Jackson-related content, event coverage, and deep discussions on albums, songs, books, and current topics. We also invite special guests to share their personal Michael experiences. In addition to creating content, we continue to organize meet-ups, events, and prize drawings for the fan community.

At this year’s Kingvention, the MALIBU fanclub will be represented by Jenny and Vanessa.

Michael Remembered is an event company that celebrates Michaels legacy and creates events for fans to come together and dance the night away and mingle and chat and have fun. 

I'm thrilled to be part of Kingvention 2026 and to connect with fellow Michael Jackson fans. Since 2022, I've been running a large German-speaking YouTube channel dedicated to Michael Jackson, with subtitles in various languages. Through my channel, I share my passion for his life, music, and legacy. This is my third time attending, which makes me even more excited to celebrate the magic of the King of Pop with all of you.

From focussing on travelling to different MJ specific locations and landmarks worldwide, to being informative on memorabilia. The objective is to spread positivity, with fun, and ensuring fans have access to accurate information. By blending education and entertainment, she promotes an inclusive community where fans can connect and celebrate their shared passion, building meaningful connections with one another in a safe and welcoming space.
