KV NYC will continue it’s 10th Anniversary celebration at the Fount Studios
(previously known as The Hit Factory), 421 West 54th Street, New York NY 10019, United States of America.

Is KV NYC 2025 Only One Day?

Yes, KV NYC 2025 will be taking place on Saturday 25th October 2025.

Is KV NYC Suitable For Children?

Fans of all ages are welcome to attend. Persons under 16 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Can KV NYC accommodate those with a disability?

The venue has been chosen for its history and significance, but please note that it includes stairs and may present difficulties for attendees with accessibility needs. A limited amount of wheelchair space is available in the theatre and can be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. Once this space is occupied, we’re unable to provide additional accommodations.

Due to the very limited number of seats available, we are unable to offer carer tickets in order to give as many fans as possible the chance to attend.

If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us directly so we can advise you and help make arrangements where possible.

Will I Get To Meet The Special Guests?

The aim of Kingvention and KV NYC is that you have the chance to experience everything on offer. While we hope that everyone is able to meet the special guests, we cannot guarantee it.

Can I Come In Costume or Dressed As Michael Jackson?

Yes! KV NYC is a place for you to feel as comfortable as possible. If you want to wear a fedora and glove, feel free, and if you want to go all out, go for it!

I Can’t Make The 10:30am Opening, Can I Come Later?

You are welcome to attend at any time that suits. However, if your ticket includes allocated sessions such as photo ops or meet & Greet, these cannot be rearranged if you miss them.

What is the Steven Paul Whitsitt Photo Opportunity?

For the very first time at KV NYC: HIStory Begins, fans will have the chance to be photographed by Michael Jackson’s own photographer, Steven Paul Whitsitt.

You’ll step onto the same style backdrop that Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley posed against in 1994 when they revealed their union to the world — an iconic moment in HIStory. Steven, who worked closely with Michael during the HIStory era, will personally capture this once-in-a-lifetime image for you.

Your photograph will be professionally shot by Steven and delivered digitally after the event — ready to keep, print, and share forever.

I would like to be an exhibitor at KV NYC, what’s the process?

Kingvention and KV NYC provides you direct access to the right people who will love what you do. We aim to have a good mix of exhibitors and so cannot offer spaces to everybody who may like one. If you’d like to exhibit at KV NYC 2025, please contact the team for an application form. 

What Ticket Options Are Available?

All ticket options can be found on the homepage of our website. The prices remain the same for persons of all ages. 

Can I cancel my ticket(s) and get a refund?

As with all concerts, theatres, shows and other events of its kind, we do not offer refunds on tickets. If you’re no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to sell the tickets on.

Is Kingvention and KV NYC supported or run by the Michael Jackson Estate?

No, Kingvention is a fan convention, run by fans out of pure adoration for Michael Jackson and is in no way affiliated to the Michael Jackson Estate. The Estate are aware of the event but have no connection to it.

What Are The Seating Arrangements For Saturday?

Seating is unassigned, you’re welcome to choose your own spot.

Can I interview the Special Guests For My Channel / Magazine / Podcast etc?

All special guests are personally invited guests of Kingvention with the purpose of participating in the event through pre-agreed arrangements. As such this type of request is not permitted throughout the duration of their visit unless agreed with event organisers in writing.

How does the Live Stream work?

Our live stream will be hosted on Dacast, a professional streaming platform. Once you’ve purchased access through our paywall, you’ll receive a unique link and password to watch the event live from anywhere in the world.

On the day of the event, simply click the link, enter your access details, and enjoy the stream in real time. You can watch on desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone — just make sure you have a stable internet connection for the best experience.

Please note: Your link and access details are for your use only. If more than one person tries to use the same link at the same time, all but one viewer will be automatically disconnected from the live stream.
