Ticket Terms & Conditions.

Kingvention is a registered trademark of Sixteen 11 Media Group Ltd (herein referred to as “We” or “us” or “our”). Sixteen11  Media Group Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales – Company number 09983684, with registered offices at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ

We organise and run a fan convention that is created out of admiration for Michael Jackson. For this event, we provide a platform where you can purchase event tickets as well as other items in connection with the event.

This Ticket purchasing policy sets out the terms and conditions applicable to purchases of tickets from us. If you are purchasing tickets from an independent party or third-party seller that is not us, our purchasing policy will not apply, but you will be subject to the terms and conditions of ticket holders for the event.

1.       Tickets may be purchased online through our website, which links to our third-party seller ‘Simpletix’ who facilitates the order process. You can also book tickets directly with us by emailing and asking for assistance. Online bookings are subject to fees which will be outlined prior to you placing or completing an order.

 

2.       You must be over 16 years of age to purchase a ticket. If you are under 18, you may be required to be accompanied by an adult or have written permission for your attendance. If you are between 16-18, please contact us to confirm if any requirements are needed.

 

3.       We reserve the right to make alterations to the previously announced timings, schedule, guests or activities of the event without being obligated to compensate or exchange tickets.

 

4.       Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is officially cancelled. If the event cannot go ahead for any reason, ticket holders will be contacted with the email address used to purchase the tickets to outline options. If the event is going ahead and you have tickets but choose not to attend, you cannot claim a refund. This policy is in line with all theatres, concerts and other events of its kind.

5.       If you are unable to attend the event, you are welcome to sell the tickets on to other parties. However, please ensure that they are aware of the terms and conditions as they will be bound by them once they acquire the tickets to our event.

6.       Every attendee must possess a valid ticket in order to access the event and the various activities and features within the event. We cannot make exceptions for those who term up without a valid ticket.

 

7.       You must bring a copy of your ticket with you to gain access to the event. A digital or printed copy will be acceptable and will be check at the relevant checkpoints to grant access. If you’ve purchased a ticket but do not bring it with you to present at the event, you will not be granted access.

 

8.       Ticket holders must sit in the seats allocated to them on the ticket. Anyone found to be sitting in seats other than those purchased will be asked to move back to their original seat or may be asked to leave. We reserve the right to remove ticket holders who go against the terms of this agreement.

 

9.       All tickets remain the sole property of Kingvention.

 

10.   Kingvention is a safe space for attendees and our team. We will not tolerate any form of abusive or rude behaviour towards our staff, special guests or volunteers. We reserve the right to seek the removal of anyone who acts in an abusive or aggressive manner. Our team individually reserves the right to refuse to engage with anyone who acts in an abusive or aggressive manner.

 

11.   Tickets will be distributed in the form of e-tickets sent to the email address used to purchase.

 

12.   Any items purchased that are not tickets may carry their own terms and conditions, collection or delivery charges. These will be outlined on the website for the items purchased.
