When Will Kingvention 2023 Take Place?

Kingvention 2023 will be taking place in London on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th October 2023.

Is There A Cloakroom At The Venue?

Yes, there is a free cloakroom located on the left of the main lobby at Glaziers Hall. We recommend checking in your bags and coats on arrival so you can moonwalk around the event without extra baggage. Certain aspects of the event may also prohibit coats and bags so checking in early is recommended.

Is Kingvention Suitable For Children?

Fans of all ages are welcome to attend. Persons under 16 must be accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Can Kingvention accommodate those with a disability?

The venue has been chosen as it can accommodate attendees of all abilities. A limited amount of wheelchair space is available in the theatre, which can be purchased on a first-come- first-served basis. As with all events, once this space is occupied, we’re unable to provide additional space.

Will I Get To Meet The Special Guests?

The aim of Kingvention is that you have the chance to experience everything on offer. While we hope that everyone is able to meet the special guests, we cannot guarantee it. To ensure you don’t miss your opportunity, you need to book a ticket to the Meet & Greet session along with your full paying Saturday ticket for the main event.

How Do Meet & Greet Tickets Work?

This year to manage demand you’ll be required to have a Meet & Greet ticket to attend this session. These tickets provide you access to the special guests.

If you have a Premium or VIP Ticket, we recommend waiting until the Sunday Meet & Greet session which is less populated.

If you have a Gold or Silver Ticket, you automatically have access to the Saturday Meet & Greet

If you have a General 1-Day Ticket for Saturday, you’ll need to purchase the Meet & Greet ticket separately to gain access to this session.

Can I Come In Costume or Dressed As Michael Jackson?

Yes! Kingvention is a place for you to feel as comfortable as possible. If you want to wear a fedora and glove, feel free, and if you want to go all out, go for it!

I Can’t Make The 11am Opening, Can I Come Later?

You are welcome to attend at any time that suits. However, if your ticket includes allocated sessions such as photo ops or meet & Greet, these cannot be rearranged if you miss them.

I’m an impersonator and would like to perform

We do not feature impersonators in a performance capacity.

I would like to be an exhibitor at Kingvention, what’s the process?

Kingvention provides you direct access to the right people who will love your products. If you’d like to exhibit at Kingvention 2023, please contact the team for an application form. 

What Ticket Options Are Available?

All ticket options and inclusions for the ultimate MJ experience can be found on the homepage of our website. The prices remain the same for persons of all ages. 

Can I cancel my ticket(s) and get a refund?

As with all concerts, theatres, shows and other events of its kind, we do not offer refunds on tickets. If you’re no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to sell the tickets on.


Can I upgrade my ticket?

If there are options available, you’re welcome to upgrade your ticket and can discuss with a member of the team by dropping us an email.


Is Kingvention supported or run by the Michael Jackson Estate?

No, Kingvention is a fan convention, run by fans out of pure adoration for Michael Jackson and is in no way affiliated to the Michael Jackson Estate. The Estate are aware of the event but have no connection to it.
 

I will be in London for a few days, what can I do when I am not at Kingvention?

There is so much to do in London from unique dining experiences and stunning public places to Westend shows. If it’s Michael Jackson hotspots you’re looking for, you could visit Madame Tussauds, The Dorchester Hotel, The O2 or some of Michael’s favourite shopping jaunts – Harrods and Hamley’s.

What Are The Seating Arrangements For Sunday?

As Sunday is designed to be more relaxed, you’ll be free to sit anywhere you choose, excluding the first two rows which are allocated to Premium and VIP ticket holders.


Can I interview the Special Guests For My Channel / Magazine / Podcast etc?

All special guests are personally invited guests of Kingvention with the purpose of participating in the event through pre-agreed arrangements. As such this type of request is not permitted throughout the duration of their visit unless agreed with event organisers in writing.
 

If I see a vacant seat at Kingvention, can I sit in it?

As with all events of this kind, the seat number on your ticket is yours to sit in. You are not permitted to move or change seats unless you have pre-agreed to do so.
