Event Stewards

Kingvention is looking for Event Stewards to join our team of volunteers for the 2023 event.

Our event stewards are some of the most important people on the team as they ensure that all elements of the event are staffed and managed effectively.

What you’ll be doing

The Event Stewards will be stationed at multiple zones across the event to ensure that it is well managed and attendees are able to find assistance when required. You’ll assist with helping attendees find their seats in Kingvention Live. You’ll manage the queues for the Meet & Greet session. You’ll assist with arrivals to the event and checking tickets. You’ll also help with set ups and breakdowns.

Who Are You

You are an energetic, confident individual who can adapt to any task at short notice. You’re not afraid of getting stuck in and being part of the team. You’ll be ready to take on the challenge of a long day and accept that you may not get to experience all parts of the event as attendees do.

Kingvention is looking for a Stage Manager to join our team of volunteers for the 2023 event.

This role ensures the smooth and effective running of all the activities that take place on stage as part of Kingvention live and is managed with precision.

What you’ll be doing

The Stage manager needs to ensure that they know the schedule inside out so that the stage is set for each segment of the event. You’ll be ensuring hosts and guests have the correct microphones. You’ll know the cues for stage entrances and you’ll know what dressing the stage needs at specific times.

Who Are You

You are a highly organised individual who can manage multiple moving parts at the same time. You’re always thinking about ‘what’s next’ to ensure all stage activities transition flawlessly and with minimal fuss.

Kingvention is looking for a Guest Liaison to join our team of volunteers for the 2023 event.

This is an important role that is vital to the success of Kingvention and ensuring all the fans in attendance get to benefit from the presence of the VIP guests.

What you’ll be doing

As guest liaison you’ll be looking after our special VIP guests throughout the day, this includes ensuring they are following their schedule for the event, in the right place at the right times and able to move freely when required. You’ll also assist with any rider requests they may have.

Who Are You

You are a confident, highly organised individual who is able to think on their feet and has a can-do attitude. You’re happy to meet the needs of the special VIP guests and ensure their well-being, even in high-stress moments. You’ll be excited to meet and work with the VIP guests, but you won’t let this get in the way of being their liaison at the event.
